Yanlord Land Group Limited, listed in June 2006 on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, a renowned real estate developer is focusing on developing high-end fully-fitted residential, commercial and integrated property projects in strategically selected key and high-growth cities in China and Singapore.
The Group endeavour to diversify its businesses to expand its asset base and income sources. Yanlord successfully acquired a joint venture with another Singapore Exchange-listed company – United Engineers Limited (“UEL”) in February 2020. UEL founded in 1912, and its subsidiary, WBL Corporation Limited, founded in 1906, is companies with years of history.
Since the colonial period, UEL is one of Singapore’s pioneer companies that holds an integral role in its property development industry. UEL owns a high-quality investment property portfolio in the country, including UE BizHub CITY, UE BizHub TOWER, UE BizHub WEST, Rochester Mall, Park Avenue Rochester and Park Avenue Robertson. Other than property investment, UEL has other businesses such as mining, agriculture, precision engineering in Australia, the United States of America, the United Kingdom and other various countries. Yanlord’s international business platform has succeeded to expand since UEL has integrated into the company.
Currently, Yanlord has been working on two residential projects under development in Singapore, such as Leedon Green and Dairy Farm Residences.
