FCL central focus is on property development, management and investment of serviced residences, commercial property and property trusts. Their portfolio features several properties located in Singapore and overseas, which comprises commercial, residential, business, and serviced apartment properties.

FCL represented by four divisions includes Frasers Hospitality (for serviced residences), Frasers Property (for overseas development properties), Frasers Centrepoint Commercial (for shopping malls, office and business space properties), and Frasers Centrepoint Homes (for Singapore residential development properties).
