It is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company mainly involved in property development. The Company conducts its business alongside subsidiaries across six segments: the segment of Land Development, the segment of Dorsett ‘s Operations and Its Subsidiaries, the segment of Car Park Operations and Facilities, the segment of Securities and Financial Product Acquisitions, the segment of Property Investment and the segment of Other Operations. The Land Development section is interested in the development of residences. The Dorsett Operations segment and its subsidiaries are active in the operation of hotels in Hong Kong , Malaysia, Mainland China, Singapore and the United Kingdom. In the operation of car parks and the provision of property management services, the Car Park Operations and Facilities segment is involved.
