Lian Beng Group Ltd is a one-stop construction company listed on the Singapore Exchange since 1999. Founded in 1973, they specialise in civil engineering, production of ready-mix concrete and asphalt premix, and other construction-related businesses.
The company is listed as an A1 grade contractor in General Building and A2 grade contractor in Civil Engineering with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), allowing them to handle the construction and engineering projects across the country. Over the years, they have received numerous accolades both locally and internationally, including the BCA Quality Excellence Award – Quality Champion (Platinum) in 2017 and the International Construction Award by the Global Trade Leaders’ Club.
Lian Beng Group Ltd was involved in numerous projects involving commercial and residential construction around Singapore, including Spottiswoode Suites, The Midtown & Midtown Residences, Mercure Singapore Bugis, Oxley Tower, and several other ongoing projects, such as Affinity @ Serangoon and Martin Modern.
