TID is a joint venture between property developers, Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan since 1972. By combining the talents of the Singapore team with the Japanese management style, we strive to offer better solutions to our customers. Founded in 1972, the company has enjoyed enormous success delivering quality properties employing both Japanese and Singaporean style in the developments.

Today, TID has completed about 39 real estate projects and continues to meet its customers’ needs using innovative methods. They have developed one commercial property of 50 units, one hotel featuring 299 rooms, two industrial properties with 189 units and an incredible 36 residential properties totalling to 11,944 units.
